Problem Statement

We are using Kaneo for all kinds of tasks and projects, and something that we often run into is that we have to constantly look up general information about the project. Constant information that does not change much or current states about things. This information is usually stored in a small document that is used as a glorified whiteboard.

Proposed Solution

Basically just a white space to put some Post-it-like notes, images, or, if you feel fancy, some tables of things. It could be a Markdown file or something.
A place over the Kanban or in an extra tab.
In general, I want to store simple, readable data with the project.
Tracking changes would be need thou.

Does this feature align with Kaneo's focus on simplicity?

I would be happy with just a Kanban entry field that has tiles and some text in it. People will find uses for this field themselves. Associating it with a workflow would be overdose.
