first-party time estimates on tasks

Problem Statement

We need to know estimated effort required for a task at a glance. to plan capacity and with time tracking to know if you exceed allotted time of the task

Proposed Solution

Add a dedicated property that stores the time estimated value. the input accepts duration like "3h 18m 3s" and stores it in seconds in the database

Alternative Solutions

use custom fields. however time estimate should be a first-party property as we can build rollups and other features on top of it
