hide link preview in telegram notifications

Problem Statement

Telegram notifications always show a big link preview of the Kaneo page (see screenshot). It's the same card in every message and it takes up more space than the notification itself.

Proposed Solution

Add a checkbox in the Telegram integration settings to turn off the link preview. Right now disable_web_page_preview is hardcoded to false in plugins/telegram/events.ts.

Alternative Solutions

Just disable the preview for everyone, without a setting.

Yes, it's a single checkbox and it makes the notifications less noisy.
