Create "blocked by" relations from the blocked task

When a task cannot proceed until another one is done, I want to add the dependency from the blocked task: choose "Blocked by", select the prerequisite, and save. The relation picker currently offers "Related" and "Blocks", so I have to open the prerequisite task and create the link in the opposite direction.
The new option should create the same directional blocks relation Kaneo already uses. From task B, selecting "Blocked by" and choosing task A would store "A blocks B". The relation would appear as "Blocks" on A and "Blocked by" on B.
Additional context
The task detail view already displays incoming blocks relations under "Blocked by". During creation, however, the open task is always sent as sourceTaskId, and the picker only offers blocks or related. Adding "Blocked by" requires reversing the source and target, not adding another relation type. Issue #1351 dealt with displaying an existing relation, so it is separate.
