Extend expiry of invitations

What would you like to change?
When inviting a big group to a workspace, they do not always respond within 48 hours. Being able to somehow extend the length of an invitation would be great. Either an .env setting, or a longer default expiry (a month?) would be great. Thanks in advance! Happy to contribute if needed.
