Adding integration with tangled.org

I would like to add an integration for using https://tangled.org/ with Kaneo.
Below, pulled from their own docs, explains what tangled is.
What is Tangled?
Tangled is a Git forge whose services can have different operators. Git servers called knots store repositories. AT Protocol accounts store public collaboration records such as issues and comments. The web application at tangled.org brings that information together with code review, search, and repository settings.
Continuous integration services called spindles run automated checks and builds. Tangled operates hosted knots, spindles, an account service, and the main web application, while compatible services run by other people can participate in the same network.
