Who / Why
I run an agency and plan my team workload across many client projects in one workspace
Todays limitations
- My Tasks #1898 only shows your own open tasks as a list, with 100 entries max
- Board filters only work inside one project
- You cant see who is working on which task across all projects
Proposal
- A workspace-wide list and board of all open tasks across projects
- Reuse the existing board filters and add a project filter
- show assignee avatars as one-click quick filters in the toolbar (similar to JIRA)
- POSSIBLE OPTIMIZATION: "My Tasks" becoes the preset "assignee = me" of my proposed view, so we stay in the same concept
- POSSIBLE LATER STEPS: Filters can be saved as favorites or as custom views
Additional context
Questions for the maintainers:
- Should the view cover one workspace or all of them?
- How should board columns work when projects have different workflows: merged by name, or just open and done via isFinal?
- Should saved views be per user or shared?

I attached a screenshot, this is my current working version, i implemented a cross-project view and quick filters for all the members.
